Terms & Conditions


  • Prices are inclusive of 7% GST.
  • Definition of ‘Nett spend or Nett purchase’ will be based on the subtotal excluding 7% GST.
  • You may enter valid promo codes on the ‘View Cart’ page prior to checking out. After you have applied your promo code, please make sure you see the code applied to your order in the Order Summary section on the ‘Checkout’ page before proceeding to make payment.
  • Only one promotional code can be used per order. After an offer has expired, we will not be able to honor the promotion on future orders. Promotional codes and promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases.
  • Promotions/Items Availability/Pricing may differ for Cedele Market (Online), Cedele outlets and/or events (Offline).
  • Prices and availability of items are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Please refer to additional T & Cs on each individual promotion (if any).


  • Orders need to be placed minimum 3 days in advance. Please refer to our Delivery Information page for detailed schedule.
  • No exchange / refund / cancellation / change is allowed for confirmed orders unless the items were delivered damaged. Please contact us at [email protected] should you require any assistance for your order.
  • Our food items are presented on disposable packaging. Prices exclude set-ups and decorative items.


  • Free delivery to one location is applicable for orders above S$200. Delivery charge of S$20 will apply for orders below S$200.
  • For delivery to Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island, Jurong Shipyard and Jurong Port, there will be an additional location fee of S$8 for all orders.
  • For delivery between 7am to 9am and 7pm to 8pm, there will be an additional time slot fee of S$20 for all orders.


  • The Management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • While we endeavour to fulfill all deliveries, The Bakery Depot Pte Ltd shall not be liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver the products ordered due to the absence of the recipient or wrong address, or due to given unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Charges for re-delivery will be applied accordingly.
